into the American way of life, according to the Pew Hispanic Center, Hispanics
are the US minority who maintain most ties with their native language and
culture. Therefore dealing with Hispanics the Latino Way is crucial...
Some facts:
Almost 45 million inhabitants of the USA are Hispanics. That’s approx 14,5 %
of the USA population* and makes the USA the fifth largest Spanish-speaking
country in the world!
Like it or not, Latinos in the USA are getting more and more important in
national politics, society, economy and are now the biggest minority group with
more disposable personal income than any other U.S. minority group**.
It's expected the growing entrepreneurial trends and increasing economical
affluence among the Latinos in the USA will spur a robust growth rate of 8.5 to
8.7 percent*** over the next couple of years, a figure much much higher than the
US average.
Although Latinos are inhabitants of the US, they do maintain strong ties with
their origins: almost all Latinos do speak Spanish and half of the Latino
population is Spanish speaking dominant.
Not attending the domestic Latino market in the US, is losing a valued $951
billion market****!
