The objective of this program is to help foreign business men/women or executives to understand the mind-set of the Latino business world. This is particularly important, as million dollars in business can get lost due to a misunderstanding of the business climate in Latin America or Spain. For example, Latinos mix professional and private life, making them much more sensible when doing business. Not only will DOs and DON’Ts be discussed, but tips and methodology to detect and adapt yourself to cultural differences will be taught.
