Located just outside the town of Montánchez and in the middle of a 22-hectare finca on the slopes of the Sierra de Montánchez, the residence offers an oasis of tranquility and peace. However, far-from-it-all does NOT mean isolated: there are four World Heritage towns nearby: Cáceres, Trujillo, Guadalupe and Mérida, all fascinating to explore, with great nightlife and shopping.

And if after learning Spanish you have some energy left, we can organize horse riding, biking, and hiking from the finca. Or why not wine tasting, as the region is also known for its fine wines.

MEALS

The Spaniards have nothing to learn from the French regarding good food. Since the residence is located in a rural area, fresh produce, directly from the farmers, is served. As it is the custom in Spain, dinner will be the highlight of every day whereas tapas are served during lunch in the patio. And of course, we will serve Extremeña wines!

Coffee and refreshments are available for free 24/7, and during dinner, wine and spirits are served free of charge.

Sometimes, depending on the weather and your willingness to do so, the optional nearby excursions will be carried out in our 1972 Seat 600, the icon of Spanish industrialization and motorization in the sixties. This little car is also available for our guests* at no cost.
