Not only will dos and don'ts be discussed, but we will also guide you towards the mindset of native Spanish speakers through the understanding of the components of Latino culture and (job-related) activities
Modules
This program consists of two 6-hour modules.
An upper-intermediate level is recommended for the first module. If that's not the case, we can conduct the first module in English
Cultural Understandings
We will offer you the appropriate tools to help you decode the Latino culture, thus enabling you to interact with and understand your Hispanic counterparts.
With increased cultural awareness, you will know how to adapt to a new, different cultural setting and avoid (expensive business-related) misunderstandings.
Relocation to Mexico and Spain
If you are going to live or work in Spain or Mexico, this module will help you identify the values of the society of your new host country.
With the cultural understanding acquired during the first module, we will show you how to blend into your new social and professional environment.
