Terms and conditions of sale

GENERAL

1. Online classes are offered from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 4 pm CST (UTC/GMT -6 hours, no DST). Subject to availability of instructors when scheduling. Please use a time zone converter to find the time difference with your country

2. Your pack of online classes should be used within 3 months after payment.

3. You can cancel up to 12 hours before your class. No-shows and cancellations 12 hours or less before the class will be charged

4. You can schedule classes up to 15 business days in advance.

5. You can request a full refund within the next 24 hours following your first online class. After that period, refunds are not possible.

6. Credits in USD for on-site immersions in SPAIN will be converted to EUR at the current exchange rate at the time of application.

7. The credit for on-site Spanish immersions will be valid for an immersion scheduled no later than 12 months after your last payment for online classes.

8. The credit cannot exceed 50% of the total cost of your on-site Spanish immersion.

9. You cannot use the credit for the SPECIALS.

10. If you received a discounted rate for your ONSITE SPANISH IMMERSION, you cannot use the credit.

11. Payments for online programs cannot be transferred to on-site programs. Missed online classes cannot be offered on-site.

12. You will be working with a team of two or three ANDERS LANGUAGES instructors from Mexico and/or Spain. It is not feasible to select a specific instructor.

13. No classes are offered from December 25 to January 1.

USE OF YOUR DATA:

1. We only request information we need to organize your language class.

2. The information we receive is stored on our secured server and its secured back-up on the cloud.

3. Your data will NEVER be shared with, sold to, or rented to 3rd parties.

4. We will always honor any request to update or remove any information. Such requests should be sent by via email.
